Medication Therapy Management

Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a service provided by our pharmacists at Hyde Drug Store that is designed to improve health outcomes for you and your quality of life.

During these sessions, one of our pharmacists will thoroughly review all of your medications and health history with you either in person or over the phone. The pharmacist will also be able to address any problems, side effects, or questions that you may have regarding your therapy and directly relay this information to your doctor for you. We will also work with you to find ways that help make the medication-taking process easier for you.

Who can benefit from this program? Anyone who is taking any type of medication, whether it is prescription or over the counter, can benefit from this program! If you are on multiple medications or if you were just recently discharged from a hospital or other facility and need some assistance with figuring out your medications, this is a perfect program for you!
